Worth 2.5 hours drive from downtown Chiang Mai to get here. Advise to book accommodation for the National park resort but be sure to book in advance once the reservation is open because they can be fully booked the whole season. Great place to have a walk in the pine trees forest. Free entrance, great maintenance and they even tell you what/where/when about the species of pine trees present there. A bit crowded and there are some restaurants nearby.



Huge pine tree garden on the way to Chiang Mai … no entry fee… ample parking space… worth spending time for a refreshing break in this garden. Chiang Mai Thailand. Lovely pit stops with a nice coffee/tea hut just opposite. Free entrance. You can have a nice walk between the pine trees. If you go more into the woods, it is a lot quieter and more peaceful.

This is one of the recreational areas where travelers can stop to relax and enjoy appreciating nature with cold climate pine trees. Great attractive spots to visit. It is such a peaceful woods with pine trees all around. It would be nice to do a little picnic here when the weather is nice. A good stop for kids to play hide-and-seek. Tons of pine trees here! Thai people love this place. Chaing Mai Thailand. It’s rare to find a large beautiful pine tree in Thailand. And It look like Europe vibes. If you are so so in the pine tree vibe. It’s still worth a quick visit.


A very nice and calm environment around the Pine garden. Good place to reveal your photography skills ... A must-visit place en route to Mae Sariang. Chiang Mai Thailand The nicest view for taking pictures, do not prepare to picnic among pine tree shading. Very quiet and good to relax. Such a wonderful experience. A bit far but worth to come, it was extremely hot at Op Luang national in April but the Bo Kaeo pine tree garden which was only 20 mins away was totally different, it's pretty chill here, the place was clean and quiet, fewer people. You will get a lot of good pictures as I did! It's a pretty stop and some good photo ops, but keep in mind that there are no proper restaurants. Just a simple roadside stop for a coffee/drink/snack only.



A very unique place that feels like it is outside of Thailand. Misty atmosphere with pine aroma surrounds the area. Great place to relax and enjoy the greenery. Nice park for rest between the trip they have a field and toilet for camping trip inside. You'll see foggy pine forests in winter. Cool place to stop and take a walk in the woods. Nothing but pine trees here. If you happen to be passing by and would like some nice photos, it's a good rest area. I wouldn't go out of my way to get there. For those who always wanna take pictures when driving past by a pine plantation, this place is one of your only a few chances and you won't be disappointed.



Marvelous!. Love the pine trees. A lovely garden filled with pine trees, not too many people on weekdays. Loads of Instagrammable moments are to be captured here. A very nice and clean pin forest. Good to make some photography. In case you are in a car, be cautious about the parking area as there are a few big holes all around. There is no entrance fee taken here. Few stalls with ice creams, carpet, and meaty stuff out at the entrance to enjoy. The pine tree garden in Maechaem Chiang Mai is a wonderful place for recreation. Chaing Mai Thailand. It's a bit out there so make sure to plan your trip around some other nearby attractions. It's not very big but it's plenty for some photos or a picnic. Pine tree park is a very good place to rest by the road and take some photos. Convenient location for drivers. Not very big. Aside from the beautiful trees, the friendly local dogs were a definite attraction to this place. A camping & Dog lover's heaven rolled into one. Great little food and coffee shop just at the side of the road. Tasty and cheap. A good place to stop by. Very impressive pine tree garden with very tall trees. Nice and quiet atmosphere. It is part of the forest where there are tall pine trees, with fallen leaves all over the ground, walking softly like a Brahma crab. Many beautiful pine trees are growing along the road. You can stop by to take pictures. It's beautiful
