Avocado is a fruit that is native to Central and South America and is now cultivated in various parts of the world. It has a unique creamy texture and a mild, buttery flavor. Avocados are highly nutritious and are often referred to as a superfood.

Nutritional Benefits: Avocados are rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, which are beneficial for heart health. They also contain fiber, vitamins (such as vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E, and several B vitamins), minerals (including potassium and magnesium), and antioxidants.

The dish typically starts with a selection of ingredients such as meat (commonly pork, beef, or chicken), seafood (such as shrimp or squid), and an assortment of vegetables. Some common vegetables used include cabbage, lotus root, potatoes, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Additional ingredients like tofu, noodles, or quail eggs can also be added based on personal preference.

To prepare Mala Xiang Guo, the ingredients are stir-fried in a large wok or pot with hot oil, garlic, and ginger. Then, the mala sauce, which is made from a combination of Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, and other spices, is added to the wok. The sauce gives the dish its signature numbing and spicy flavor.

Probably the best korean Pork BBQ in Chiang Mai. It tastes almost like in Korea with just a fracture of cost. One negative point is the ventilation isn't good(there is no ventilation tube like those shop in korea). So your clothes gonna smell like grilled pork for the rest of the day.

This is first time in Pork BBQ in Korea style. Using gas butane for cooking. Different from thai style that used Bar charcoal. That had feeling BBQ out door. Pork Korea style included a lot of lard. And also serve with KimJi. And a lot of sauce. It not so spicy like thai style.
